Information we may process

BXK Trader Pro may process account registration information, application preferences, broker authorization data, brokerage account metadata, positions, balances, trade-related records, device or session information, and support communications as needed to provide the service.

Broker credentials

Where broker OAuth is supported, BXK Trader Pro is designed to store encrypted authorization tokens rather than ask users to disclose broker passwords to BXK. Third-party brokers remain responsible for their own authentication and brokerage services.

How information is used

Information may be used to authenticate users, connect authorized brokerage accounts, provide product features, maintain security, diagnose problems, and improve the application.

AI assistant

Questions submitted through the BXK AI assistant may be sent to a third-party AI service provider to generate a response. Do not submit brokerage passwords, access tokens, API keys, Social Security numbers, full brokerage account numbers, payment-card information, or other sensitive credentials through the assistant. BXK does not use the public assistant to access a user's private brokerage account or private BXK account data.

Billing and third-party services

BXK Trader Pro may rely on infrastructure, communications, billing, market-data, and brokerage API providers. Hosted billing providers may process payment information directly and return subscription status or related billing metadata to BXK. Third-party handling of information is also governed by the applicable provider's own terms and privacy practices.

Your choices

Users may disconnect supported broker integrations and discontinue optional SMS alerts. Certain records may be retained when reasonably necessary for security, billing, audit, dispute-resolution, legal, or contractual purposes.

Retention and security

Information is retained as reasonably necessary to provide and secure the service and to satisfy applicable legal or operational requirements. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Updates

This policy may be revised as the product, broker integrations, and commercial offering develop.
