Current users
For account, billing, broker-connection, or application support, use the BXK Trader Pro support form. Do not send brokerage passwords, access tokens, refresh tokens, API secrets, account numbers, Social Security numbers, or payment-card numbers in support messages.
Broker connections
If a broker connection expires, is disconnected, or requires renewed authorization, use the broker connection controls in BXK Trader Pro. Broker authorization is completed with the broker, not by sending credentials to BXK.
Subscription availability
Account-level subscription access is active for current and approved beta users. Public plan pricing, self-service checkout, renewals, and cancellation management are not yet open. See Subscription Access for the current rollout status.
Broker features may vary by account type and by third-party API approval.
