Software service

BXK Trader Pro provides software tools intended to assist self-directed traders with market information, account visibility, position monitoring, workflow, and other trading-related functions.

AI assistant

The BXK AI assistant may answer questions about BXK Trader Pro and general topics. AI-generated responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated and should not be treated as brokerage records, personalized investment advice, legal advice, tax advice, or a guarantee of any outcome.

No guarantee of results

Use of the software does not guarantee profits, prevent losses, or ensure that market data, calculations, alerts, recommendations, or broker connectivity will always be accurate, complete, or available.

Brokerage services

Brokerage accounts, order handling, custody, execution, and related services are provided by third-party brokers under the user's relationship with those brokers. Broker capabilities in BXK Trader Pro are subject to third-party API availability and approval.

User responsibility

Users remain responsible for reviewing their orders, symbols, expirations, strikes, quantities, prices, positions, risk, account restrictions, and brokerage confirmations before acting. Brokerage records control the actual status of brokerage orders and positions.

Subscriptions

Paid plans may renew according to the billing interval and terms shown at checkout. Subscription status, invoices, payment methods, renewal timing, and cancellation management may be handled through the platform's third-party billing provider.

Connected services

Users may connect supported third-party brokerage services through provider-authorized workflows. Availability and permissions may differ by provider, account, API approval, or commercial agreement. Users remain responsible for reviewing connected-app permissions and disconnecting access when no longer wanted.

Availability

The service may be modified, interrupted, suspended, or unavailable because of maintenance, market-data issues, broker outages, infrastructure failures, or other causes.
